We do not have a return policy. All sales are final.

Refunds

You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

We will only provide refunds if the item is damaged or faulty with appropriate evidence. However, we will not refund you for the shipping fee of the order.

We will not refund if the item is lost in transit, as once we have sent it of to the designated courier, it is then their responsibility to get your order to you. If the package is lost after 5 days for domestic shipping and 3 weeks for international shipping, and if the package is purchased as a regular label, we cannot track it for the label was purchased as untracked. 

Please email frizzylatte.shop@gmail.com within 10 days after receiving your items for a refund. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at frizzylatte.shop@gmail.com.

 

Group Orders and Pre-Orders

  1. Frizzylatte will not be responsible for any lost/damaged parcels. Any damages or lost parcels are liable to the postal service, NOT Frizzylatte. Frizzylatte will NOT refund any shipping prices . 

  2. Frizzylatte will not allow a refund under any circumstances, unless it is marked as the following SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS:

EXCEPTION 1: a refund of GO item but NOT the shipping fees. If any GOs are delayed or misplaced, or under any special circumstances stated by anyone working under Frizzylatte, a refund of a GO can only be the item prior to any shipping or EMS payments. Frizzylatte will NOT refund any shipping or EMS payments for delayed GOs. 

EXCEPTION 2: The GO is cancelled due to limited number of participants. 

No refund once you have sent in a payment. No refund for fansite goods unless the fansite has issued a refund to us. No refund for "change of mind". No refund for late/delayed shipping on our side. We're trying our best to sort out all of the GOs and Pre-orders and shipment, please be patient!

  1. Frizzylatte will only proceed with your order once you have sent in a legitimate payment via Paypal.

  2. Frizzylatte will only send out your item from our UK address once we have received and confirmed all of your payments.

  3. Unless otherwise stated, the group order will go through the process of A) ordering B ) payment + domestic/EU shipping payment C) production D) shipment from supplier to Frizzylatte

  4. For Pre-Orders, Frizzylatte will not issue any refund unless under any special circumstances. 

This means you will need to be patient to wait for your order to arrive. Group Orders may take up to 3-6 months, or even longer as it varies depending on the product/fansite. This also means there are 3 payments for most GOs. Payment for the items, ems for the items & domestic shipping for the items.
